This hurt cos I dnt know where to start from again after four good year's but at d same time I need my sanity back..

Find a hobby to distract you, for me I like to study on topics and write articles along the line, you will get over it. But you're a Man, Suffering and Disappointments (not a curse , but an eventual outcome) await you so you should be able to know how to pick yourself up.

Relationship especially woman na liability invest in yourself love yourself treat yourself better. Thank me later.
