We’re planning buying POS and employ people to manage them but I’m skeptical of it being still profitable as it’s flooded the market and it seems to be saturated. Are there people still in the business and is it still profitable for people who want to come in now?

The business is already saturated, but the only way to thrive in the business as a new comer is to reduce the charges on some transactions

For example there's a POS in my area charges 50naira for every 1k withdrawal. While others still charge customers 100naira for thesame 1k withdrawal.
