Because people are mostly free in the night.

Look at it like this,

People Free at Night = More customers to buy Suya and enjoy the night after a stressful day.

I don't know if it's only me but I noticed that Suya tastes more sweeter when you buy it and hide It from others and eat it in secret when no one is looking grin grin grin

I don't really like this suya though...
Because I believe it's made in poor concussion, I once stay in place where it's been prepared and I found out that aboki always dried the meat with enough groundnuts oil without first of all cooking it....... This is very harmful if the meat is infested...

That's how we all met it. I believe my Hausa brothers can help us out with this puzzle since it's their line.

Another thing i noticed is, no other tribe sells suya. It seems it's a hausa delicasy.

Oya, over to you my brothers from the north.

Darkness is also one of the ingredients in preparing suya.
