this phone is stuck on 80% for more than 3 hours now on ordinary 3g
I'm just only on opera mini ooo
I'm using original Samsung charger head,with original new age USB that is fast with any phone I've tested it with
what's the meaning of this now

I offed the phone removed the battery,after inserting the battery back,I plugged the charger. it started charging, I then on it and didn't on Internet and it quickly got to 100%
