Budget like 50k for your authentication. Thou you might not spend up to that but u have to be in the safer side.

No they won't accept it, I think you can give your school an official address for them to send it there and you can then take or send it to the ministry. For instance I sent mine to someone's office in Abuja and then sent it down to the ministry.

I'm sorry for replying late, I will advise that you should start your translation and authentication as soon as possible.

So just as heads up to those intending to go for legalization. The charge now for each document is 20,300 Naira.

When you're going for the visa application
You have to go with your statement of account though they may not go through it as thoroughly as they would to someone who is self sponsored
They wanna know if you can afford to sustain yourself for the first few months because usually the first scholarship payment is usually delayed.

i got pre-accepted into a masters degree in Italy and the next step from the school is to get a DOV.
I have been searching tirelessly for the documents to be arranged. Can someone please help me out with the list of documents

Extracted quote from the pre-acceptance form shows that the DOV must contain "in any case the declaration MUST indicate the years of
schooling, the official translation of the qualification into Italian and the legalization of the Embassy /
