Job Description
* Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
* Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

Guys I’m done with my interview, it lasted for about 20 mins, no much questions.....I was asked what I understand about the role I applied for, if I can work on shift including weekends, my leadership skills, teamwork and other questions though.

For those asking if flutterwave will still send a congratulatory mail....I think they will because their last recruitment was done in batches. As long as you have not gotten a regret mail from them, just know that you are still in the recruitment process. Goodluck to us all.

Kinda tough, was able to finish on time, the technical assessment may/will be questions on handling technical/real life cases on customer account, and visualization of case data. (PowerBi)
