It's not really about how far but how well.
It also doesn't have to be 100 percent like the mockup.

It is actually not too hard with flex, I used flex all through and I am half way done with the structure.....

I was trying bro over complicate things initially by using float, once I revert to flex, I haven't use grid yet, I get it easily...

Well you have to add something to it. Curiosity and passion. Programming is quite very technical especially while learning the fundamentals and sometimes it doesn’t reward quickly

Meanwhile you don’t have a lot to learn you’re rather overwhelmed and the reason is that you don’t have map.
