During your 1 year internship, where you actually/ actively doing the job?. If yes, that’s your initial work experience for that year?..... forget about the terminology “internship”, if you are confident that you can demonstrate the knowledge gained from that job within that year then, it can serve as work experience...

Now the issue is, can she extend the visa before it expires? Or she has to go by force.

And if she doesn't go, would it affect her next visa chances, cus she plans applying for US next year.

If the visa is due to expire in June it is sure as hell that the vignette has long expired.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by Vignette bro, but it's a 6months visit visa issued in December, to expire in June

They issue vignette for long term Visa alone .

I'm sure he/she hold a visit Visa which doesn't require vignette

Even UK has been discouraging non essential travel so I would say its absolutely fine if she doesn't use it. If ever asked , she can explained that a pandemic forced her to change plans

Visa issuance, is usually based on quota numbers...... That unused visa, might have been used by a rejected applicant......

That's is the reasoning...... Not using a visa does not necessarily translate, into an automatic future rejection.......

Thanks boss, I kept saying the same thing but her agent has been deceiving her, he told her that because it's her first visa on the fresh passport she has to use it.
All these agents are just scam..I think he's making use of her vulnerability. He even told her today she has to play 150k landing fees alongside 370k flight ticket..Na watin start our fight today..Why is she playing Landing fees when no be she get airline Or is dat how it's done
