Exactly what I was going to say. That's why they said forward CV to chairman's office so they can dump it if you aren't one of their candidates

You should apply. But I feel Mechanical Engineering is more related to Biomedical Engineering than Electrical Engineering but when you consider it, they can be interchanged.

It is high time govt start employing degree holders for Environmental health officers, all those advance secondary school health schools are disrespectful to be earning more than university graduates in other cadres
