The guy actually did infringed on a number of Facebook terms.

He could be sued both locally and internationally by Facebook.

Internationally, Facebook could use the trademark and patent law to get the guy to account and tender all revenues made by him.

Locally, he could be sued by the Nigerian new cyber law for cyber stalking, privacy infringement and stealing of personal data.

He needs to cease and desist whatever actions or operations he's is doing on all facebook platform.

The treat is to break you. Its time to talk business with both companies and start making good money. Get you complian registered and filed through Nigeria Trade Commission and Get a competent lawyer to file in you case and make your demand. You could sell off your program and make some money that wouldn't last for ever or partner with them and make money for life. Always remember you are the boss here and you should control the negotiation and make your demand.

Nothing will happen continue your hustle and keep on making more money but be careful full and change some details

whatever you do, don't give anyone your code or the methods you're using......you can send them a mail asking them if they'd be willing to pay you to give up your app/code.

Contact Facebook media department or Legal department to confirm this is original and not FAKE.
