Now this man inshort its pathetic to compare him to a man. he is a monster in human skin to say kidnapping and banditry isn't a federal offence but they would jump quickly to eliminate people fighting to get their country out of this mess and also tag them terrorist.

States being controlled by PDP? How does this b*stard spew so much trash on a daily basis? Which party does Mr President belong to? How many states of Nigeria is he president of?

After 8 years of this disaster of a government I won't be surprised if he STILL blames the previous administrations for their shambolic failures. How does this man live with himself knowing he lies and twists the truth for a living?

Lie Mohammed is literally the "Squealer" of Buhari's "Animal Farm"

Another tale from the legendary most celebrated liar in Nigeria. All courts in Nigeria have coordinates jurisdiction. Is Nigeria running a Federal system where you have distinct Federal laws and state laws?
You muddled the system jaga jaga to enable you loot.
Banditry is a State offence, but the vegetable in Aso Rock who is chief terrorist can stock killings in the states using his Fulani herdsmen. No wonder he is not perturbed.

A lot of ignoramuses here. What the man said is a FACT, not feelings.

You are a big fool. There is no state police in Nigerian constitution which makes the crime a federal crime.

Everyday I wake up in the morning I give thanks to God, my beautiful mother and good luck for taking me away from that abomination called Nigeria and bringing to a more civilized clime, the fuccked up events that keep unfolding in that country makes me even more grateful.

Can this man's children tell him to stop already. He is losing it. So, he is implying that since banditry and kidnapping are federal offence, it is in the purview of the state governments to stop it with their bare hands. The one that controls all armed forces cannot arrest bandits...let me stop here abeg. I have headache.

It's not a federal offense still yet IVANS the Kidnapper was sentenced to death for the same crime thereby receiving the CAPITAL sentence for a crime that is not a federal offense....this country is really crazy.
Anybody caught in the act should be made to pay..... regardless whom it may be.

Whose responsibility is to "Protect lives and properties of Nigerians"

Who does the security chiefs report to?

Why is the entire Nigeria security system centralized?

You love the assets while engaging in blames over its attached liabilities.

But how many states in Nigeria have their own police to combat 'state offence'? Helinues, officialgarri, seunmsg, uptimum123, blinking001, tunjiajayi, omonnakoda, thebosstrevor, naptu2, sarrki seen how your beloved country is full of confusion with its useless constitution. There are 'state crimes' but last time we tried to create state police(WNSN), it was all noise from all angle. May it never be well with the founding fathers of this confused entity, all of them including Pa Awo(even though i'm a disciple) and the useless millitary lots. May all of them never know peace.

If banditry and kidnapping which oftentimes, result to the killing of innocent people are not a federal offences, what qualifies as a federal offence?

Sometimes I wonder how dese people reason. After sniffing cow dung, they come on a public space and talk rubbish.

From the so-called educated ones that only learnt how to read and write english to the ones pushing cows, all reason d same backward way.

Goodness me... These are the illiterate things holding important positions in the govt nd ruling sane and well educated ppl. Tufia!

Your comments spot on sniffing cow dung is savage
