Buhari should learn from this appointment. I call it balanced appointment that can only be made by someone that wants to succeed.

The present Nigeria problems has imbalance appointment at its roots.

You don't play politics of exclusion and expect to succeed.

Until other geopolitical zones are given their dues, equally represented I doubt if any reasonable progress can be made.

Imagine 10 substantive ministers from North West zone. Mr President, it's unfair and satanic.

That is one of the reasons China supported her against the Korean lady because it would have deprived them of Deputy DG seat.

The WTO rule states that the US must have a Deputy DG at all times because they are blocked from contesting the DG-seat.

The former DG was from Brazil (South America)...the four he appointed were from Nigeria, The US, China and Germany.
