This grant scam is becoming a new thing now and if NL could be against Forex, betting and other stuff which aren't even a scam but just being very risky investments, this grant scam like TELPECON, TheoBarth etc shouldn't be freely entertained here.

He has since run. He insulted me, but I was moderate in my response. I try to keep things as civil as possible. I thought he was going to throw more insults, but he didn't....and ran away. I would have unloaded on him.
