His name is Philip Ogbadu. He isn't Fulani and that is why the operation was a success. Likely he may be marked for transfer by Buhari in the coming weeks.

A Fulani CP will have taken no action or at worst if forced to, would have notified his kidnapper kinsmen of the operation and given 'em a head start.
