This is the second Anker product I've bought and it arrived safely.

What does the tracking information show?

I've ordered Anker products 5 times, the first one pre Covid came. The remaining 4 from November 2020 till March, none don show.

Everything stuck on Despatched to overseas, I've collected refund for the two and I used it to order them back with faith, yet still disappointed.

Go to your State's Nipost Central PO and have them track and follow up on your package since their CC is confirming it's already in your State.

try to visit d minna head office...if they claim its not there den it was stolen at impc... usually head offices dispatches items to smaller post offices.. since 27th,it ought to have gotten to ur state. because i collected arrived 27th on the 30th of april. but somtimes the date it was dispatched from impc..it does not move dat day... just goto ur post office make dem follow am up

not only anker...xiaomi phones too.. infact things shipped via hong kong are usually problematic.. tins shipped from shenzhen tends to come faster.i dont really know how they are being shipped.. maybe d hong kong items are stucked at d transit country before coming to nigeria cos dey dont com directly down here. shenzhen items are shipped from SSINB and Hong kong from SSINJ .both are despatch centres in singapore..
just like moving tins frm Lagos to UK and from ANAMBRA to Uk

mine was dispatched on 9th of March, still showing dispatch to overseas NG LOS, and of course it is standard shipping. Another one dispatched on 6th April that's almost a month later has arrived since 27th April, it was unregistered and untrackable.

Thank you. it's just a $10 item and i see no reason why anyone would want to steal it. by impc, do you mean the post office at my state-? i've gone to my state post office headquarter because it is close to my house but they keep saying that the order harn't arrived yet but can my state post office steeal the item and lie?

I consider some of them extravagantly cheap, unless the quality of those items are extraordinarily substandard.

There is really nothing you can do at this time as it means the seller did not acknowledge your cancellation command(they have the right to refuse or accept), you'd just have to wait it out, if the item doesn't arrive after 75days, you open a dispute. What you should have done after cancellation was to chat the seller up immediately "pleading" with him go cancel as you want to order something better from his store

exactly.Aliexpress stuffs are no longer cheap.Infact,some items are cheaper on jumia than buying from AliExpress.I wanted to order sth for my baby on AliExpress yesterday, price with gtb dollar rate ended up being 1700, whereas a baby shop in my city sells it 2k.So whats the the point of waiting for months?The only thing anyone should be ordering is what's significantly cheaper to buy there or what cannot be found at all in Nigeria.Any other thing other than this, rest and buy here!
