If you stay around VGC, Ajah, Abraham Adesanya downwards, you will have noticed that internet connection has been shitty. Imagine having data on your line but being unable to browse.

This has been going on since last week Thursday. And happens like every 2 weeks for the past few months.

Speaking with the customer care is useless. They repeat the same lies over & over again like you are a fool. Ontop of that, your data/airtime will not be refunded despite the fact that the blackout was their fault.
They actually expect you to cough out more subscription money for service that may not be rendered.

Not even a text message to explain the situation.

If you stay around these areas and you're still using 9Mobile, you are not smart.

MTN have started SIM registrations and purchases. Others will follow soon. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!

I experience thesame issue, sometimes 9mobile network just disappears ( even happens while I'm in the city center), can't browse or even make calls.

I've contacted their customer care multiple times on twitter and all they say is "were are sorry,
we are aware of the issue and our engineers are working on fixing it"

This happens mostly every Wednesday, like clockwork the network just disappears till maybe 7 in the evening.

I've already loaded my emptyhen incase they don't disappoint me tomorrow
