Those ones are only strong when it comes to fighting against Igbos. Remember their exploits during the war, fighting against Igbos for the benefit of their fulani masters. Majority of the nigeria army regiments are from the middle belt. Now, it's time to fight and gain freedom from their fulani masters and they are behaving like pusssssiess. Just look at how they are being slaughtered by rats by their minority fulani masters and they kept quiet since then. Imagine if it was Igbos that have been killing them like rats? Just imagine what their reaction would have been.

The middle belt should as a matter of urgency go with the southern Nigeria and completely break ties with the north, they now have an option

As a core indigenous Middle Belter, I want my region to be an independent republic free from North West and North East.
A union of sort with Southern Nigeria based on confederacy could be a desired choice to harmonize our differences without any form of ethnic domination. But ultimately, it's the people that will decide which route to take as a region. As for me and my family, we're ready for anything a long as total detachment from Arewa will be guaranteed.
My family must be free from Terrorism.

I'm a Middle Belter and majority of the Middle Belt people have no problem with a union with Southern Nigeria based on confederacy.

Base on my observation Middlebelt can only align with a southern formation because it's too complicated to stand as a nation... it lacks a central authority or unifying factor... those in Benue sees them selves more of a Southern person than northern and while those in the niger and nasarrawa are more of northern

Those guys are still strong o the Nigeria system is weakning them. soldiers have intimidated a lots of them that attempt to rise up.
the arewa knows that this people are a threat to them if given a opportunity especially the Benue guys they are seriously intimidated by soldiers.
do you ever wonder why Fulani killing is overwhelming? they know those people there have fighting and resilient spirit... there is no state in Nigeria that has witnessed the kind of arsenal weapons the fulanis have employed to fight Benue people.
some people if they will experience half of what this guys are going through they will all leave their villages.
it's not beans
