I tried to raise a complaint to their customer care concerning what I observed but unfortunately they don't have a number to call. Even the one I saw was just mute...

Fast forward, I went online and saw their Facebook page and I called the number there. The guy explained that system upgrade was being carried out and that they were going to look into it. He asked for my login ID and I told him then he said a code will be sent to me and that was all.

Due to the fact that I was angry my wife quickly called my attention that FRAUD!!! . Before I knew it the little change in my First Bank Account has been wiped out.

I tried to log in the password has been changed. Then I quickly blocked my account as I was expecting something in it.

Someone told me sometimes ago to be wary of this sporty Bet site but I waved it off.

This is to warn us and I will seriously tell people about the fraud sporty Bet is.

bro sporty bet ain’t a scam sir,you gave someone your login and otp code what do you expect, they tried it on me ,they requested for code that was when I knew it was scam
Next time download the app and chat them,they will respond within 24hrs I’m very sure of this

U forgot to tell us how d person u called sporty bet ccare agent gave u a mouth watery offer dat u couldn't refuse dat u thought was ur opportunity to actually cash out big den in turn fall as prey to his/her plan to rip u off. It happened to me a while ago also. The guy told me he wanted to give me a sure odd that will make me millions dats it's a special offer for there special customers. I wanted to believe at first but later on he mentioned dat he will send a code to me now dat once I received it dat will b d code I will use so he will call back after the code has been sent to me. Not long I received an otp. I was like d hell is dis" den his call came again and he was asking me for d code den I answer him and asked how could he not have d code wen he was actually d person dat sent it in d first place. Baba could not talk and I was like oga park well I know ur type and he dropped d call. So op this has nothing to do with sporty bet. U fell yakata for a confirm scammer

Baba, you don't need all this lachrymose sermon written here. I got angry that a game of mine was cancelled and I wanted to lay a complaint. None of the numbers of the so called sporty bet customer service was going through and then I saw this one that went through.
We didn't even discuss any odds or whatever as I still have my games running.

It's a lesson and a pity as well that sporty bet can't have a functional phone number to call.

Some on social media will tell you to play 30k for 450k but you have to register with them using sporty bet they will ask for your phone number and use otp to hack into your accounts claiming u should send to otp code back to register

Sportybet is not a scam. Scammers can use your login to generate your password and hack into your account. That is exactly what happened. Worse of it again, you sent them your OTP. That is a very gullible move. Next time you want to contact any company on business, make sure you do so via their "Verified Profile". Scammers are not smiling one bit.

Could you believe on their Twitter handle they gave me a mail to write to since yesterday morning being Saturday, but up to this moment no response from their end which makes me.angry that this emboldens the scammers as the company doesn't even have a functional phone number
