2. Seller vessel makes announcement on channel 14/16 to Port Control in favor of KLEANIX
3. Upon announcement verification from Port Control, buyer agent clears vessel in and secures same at buyer’s expense.
4. Seller boards buyer supercargo and inspection team for product confirmation/attestation and sample collection for Q&Q.
4. Buyer then immediately pays $500,000 for logistics
5. Upon successful q & q, buyer pays balance $500,000 for logistics and place MT103 for entire cargo less logistics amount.
