I felt I needed to upgrade my car so I did. Anytime I'm driving it, I'm always super cautious in the hold ups because of the King of the roads, keke n the danfos, I don't behave edgy like this while driving my former car, I told my wife it seems I'm not financially fit to use this car because I'm overly careful while driving it, hate how I do scream don't hit me oo ,so I put it up for sale.

To my surprise it was sold withing two weeks with additional profit of 250k. Then I say to myself this seems like a business, I ordered for two more of the same brand ,park them in the compound then post the ads, boom barely three weeks both are sold with up to 650k profit, I've sold 12 in the course of eight months as I only do this with my spare time ,I never knew nigeria invest in automobile this much.

Note I only buy this same brand but the top notch n irresistible ones and someone somewhere is always willing to add 2/300k to get them back from me in no distant time. I bought dangote commercial paper some months back and it will take about 6 months to get 750k on that investments.

So if you can't afford or sustain a lifestyle discard it, also be open minded to possibilities around you.

They are self made men, but their parents were not poor. They are financially independent and do not request upkeep allowance from their children or grandchildren at old age

Aig's dad was a director at NTA, Peter Atedo's father was a top medical doctor one of the first set of people who invested in his son's bank.

Good education is the primary headstart, which their parents gave to them it gave them experience and exposure

Nigeria and Nigerians are very poor, I doubt if 3% of the population can boast of a networth of N50 million

It is normal to send upkeep allowance to our aged parent, so those whose aged parents don't need such allowances rather the aged parents want to pay the school fees of their grandchildren in top private schools. Such aged people will be termed as being wealthy by Nigerian standard.

He said he doesn't need allowance from his son, but the son should pay rents for the space he occupied.

6 years after working the young man wanted to get married and he told his father that he would be moving out to get a bigger accommodation because of pressure from his girlfriend

The father objected to his request, that he must have his own property before moving out to rent a place.

That was how the young man cancelled the idea of renting a bigger apartment that would have costed him well over N1 million. Used the money and the 600k rent saved by his father to start building his own property.

4 years after marriage he is still a tenant in one of his father's houses.

I asked why he has not moved out but only upgraded from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom apartment, he said maybe after building 4 houses. You know I am the only one in Nigeria, I need to be closer to Baba we lost our mother when I was in the University. This is the time for me and the grandchildren to bond with their grandpa.

I learn from a lot of remarkable guys here on a ghost mode, but that guy has often times made this place a house of madness that one has to sometimes check to see if you are on the right thread.

Not only that, his/ her action has driven away many great contributors to this thread, if he now successfully drive oga Emma commot here, this thread never finish? He acts as if he is afraid to share the centre stage with others.
If you doubt me, go through 2018/2019 of this thread (at least that was when I took lot of interest here) many of those contributors with robust arguments are no longer here. If you have time, you will notice that many had clash with the guy and as self respecting individuals decided to leave the stage for him before one small boy go come insult them.

I think that's actually very correct and the level of illiteracy in Nigeria is alarming.

Once you manage to buy a corolla of 2m with 500k savings, you won't imagine the level of hatred that will set in...... you will be automatically tamed a yahoo boy, ritualist and more!

Nigeria still has more rich people than many African countries but the level of illiteracy and hatred in this country is out of the world.

As a secondary school boy in one of the Federal Government Colleges between 1978 and 1982, Aig went to school by air.

That was a luxury for most Nigerians about 40 years ago. Aig's father was not a poor man

I know of this. His mother was the Chair Person of National Council of Women Society(NCWS) during the IBB and Maryam IBB founded Better Life for Rural Women.

He went to FGC Kaduna. Herbert Wigwe also went to one of the Federal Government Colleges.
