He doesn't have any relationship scandal... Married his high school sweetheart and they've been together ever since. Has four children all raised property and doing well. So what do you mean by irresponsible? Appearances isn't what make a good man but character and how you treat people.
I will rate him over the likes of Davido and wizkid that keeps having children out of wedlock, you lots seems to have normalised this

I have liked snoop dogg from the start,at the start of the row between 2pac and biggy(east&west saga) he warned and tried to caution 2pac to reduce his gragra,that the record boss back then was only using the fight to make money and live large,he left early with dr dre before things got out of hand.

People should forget his smoking habits,the man is a very upright and disciplined individual,even when the black american society encourage reckless infidelity lifestyle,he sticked with one woman and had a good family,he was also very generous,helping the poor.

I rate him above any American rapper.
