You'll have up to 40 - 45k to get a brand new android phone with cool specs.. except you want to go for used phones which is risky cos they may be flagged or stolen. So many phones stolen during EndSars are currently in the market.

Whichever one you choose, avoid any phone with less than 2GB RAM, e get why.

30k is too damn poor for a new good smartphone, why not add 5k get new nokia 1.3 but it's 1gb ram, I won't suggest used phone so it's better you save more even if na 12k more buy redmi 9a or add 27k to buy better spark 7 or nokia 3.4 or 2.4 the choice is your but 30k For any phone will end in regret.
