So, if Goodluck Jonathan could not conduct free and fair elections in Nigeria as president, how can he tell another country to conduct free and fair elections?

I know naa, he suffers from Dissociative identity disorder (DID). Also known as multiple personality disorder. Hence he always refers to himself as "we". He also chooses different personalities eg in this case a police woman. (note he did not choose "man".
In Nigeria you have less than 100k cases a year.
It can be treated but cannot be cured. It can be chronic and last for years. It requires clinical diagnosis as imaging or lab test is not needed.
