A simple public search on the CAC portal reveals the tech giant has kickstarted the process of registering their company in Nigeria. CAC search reveals two names: Twitter Nig. LTD and Twitter Technologies Nig. LTD currently under registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission. One of them should definitely be that of Twitter Inc. Anyone can confirm by visiting https://search.cac.gov.ng/home and searching with the name: Twitter.

Baba this may not be the real twitter company. Some sharp guys fit go register the name and later sell it to the real twitter  someone did it to Nigeria like 2 years ago, can't remember but I can recall Nigeria got into domain issue like that.
