This is the LUCREZIA BY SUJIMOTO…
It is a multi-unit development by Sujimoto on Banana Island (not Lekki).

Perhaps Sujimoto “partnered” with Naira Marley a brand ambassador…
But Naira Marley is definitely NOT involved in “building” it.

This looks like Lucrezia or Guliano by Sijumoto. You can only buy a part of this property. Owned by many investors.
