cool

Don't ever give your financial information to anyone for transaction you cant monitor, Baba was trying to save his son

The boy isn't an hacker or a bank fruadster, he gets account for the American hackers to load, gets a share while Americans walk free

As a father rather than watch his son go to jail for seven years he decided to claim the asset as a fall guy

Nobody respects father's love and sacrifice

.
The man probably also came to intimidate EFCC with " do you know who I am" Se o mo age mi ni" Do you know my age?

Horrible........Very bad.

Daddy that supposed to be a role model to the boy. embarassed embarassed

My take:
Guys should be arrested randomly and be queried for the sources of their income. They should be released however upon the satisfaction for their source of income.

This is the only way to have a sane and just society.

The EFCC CANT OPERATE LIKE THAT

Somehow, as would be the case in civilized nations…
There is a constitutional PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE in Nigeria.

Accordingly, citizens are NOT required to prove their innocence (it’s already assumed)…
Instead, it is the government bears the entire constitutional burden of establishing guilt.

I will take all the insults but next time make your own opinion without throwing tantrum. That is maturity.

Failing to provide a "satisfactory answer" for how he acquired the vehicle is sufficient grounds for arrest and prosecution? By the EFCC? Why is Nigeria such a lawless police state? Very useless, incompetent and primitive system we have here.
are you for real? Someone can't explain how he got a 46 million naira car and you're saying this? So you mean if you have a son and he comes home with a phone of 500k and he's unable to say how he got such funds to buy the phone you'll let the matter slide cos you're a civilised father?

You're an ignorant illiterate. Use existing laws to explain how an innocent man can be arrested and prosecuted for not "satisfactorily explaining" how he could afford a given car. Explain not even to the court, but to a useless, subjectively biased law enforcement agency whose operatives own cars of same worth or higher, even with their meagre salaries. Do you know how many animals in Nigeria, many of them EFCC, SARS, police, etc and other civil servants and government officials, whose lifetime salaries can't afford the cars they own or the houses they own? Who had arrested and prosecuted them? Don't be daft.

How is it done in civilised countries?

Watch as those tribalists will avoid this thread because the BAKAREs are involved grin

Anyways, in Igbo language, if your stomach is bloating (making a noisy sound) we say, "AFOm Na JAja'

I come in peace.

See this one defending a criminal and his criminal father (most likely because you are of same tribe) as if he has all the fact and was a witness to their transactions!!
