It depends on your location/PO. Heard some POs must bill at least 100 for any package you're collecting.

My item was erroneously routed Kano or KD some weeks back. When it arrived my location later, I was billed N100 for the package cuz they'd billed it at Kano/KD before they realised it wasn't meant for them. Ordinarily, that item is classified officially as free item but POs are allowed to generate revenue too!
