This is as the evil gov't in Abuja is stealing their hydrocarbons and refusing to recognise them as a oil producing state!

Then there's kano, that has benefited from the ridiculous number of LGAs the northern miliatry oligarchs handed over to them! They also benefit financially from the ojoro census whereby they receive a lot more than Anambra from the federation account!
