A lot of people don't know that Aboh was a naval force whose Kingdom stretched from Nembe, the Oru’s, Ukwuani, Ekpeye, and up to Ogbaru. It was Aboh who stopped the Igala Jukun Kimgs from their usual movement down the Niger. This is why all Nembe Kings have their maternal homes in Aboh.
