if domain did not hit your account after 24hrs, you can reach out to their support. mine also took some time before it was registered.

The answer he gave you applied I your domain has not been used before and as well is a geo domain.

I didn't see the domain. If it's an expired domain name, the answer won't fly. There are tools that can help you with the Backlinks and all whatnot.

No option for purchasing using PayPal that's why I didn't take their offer. Some unpleasant reviews about their CS too.
If you give them credit card details and then they do auto renewal (when the time comes) without your approval... You will now use *forever* to get a solution.
