From what I can see, it seemed that your fiancée did not frontload enough pictures, chats and documents.

When mine sent in her petition, the chats took about 20 to 30 pages. We did not printout all the chats but we made sure all the important chats where we professed our love and discussed our future was mentioned there. Also we made sure the chats we had each month was represented. This is to ensure it is well spread out.

Also we attached lots of photos that we took by ourselves and that we took together with friends and family. They say pictures speaks a 1000 words....that's true. Those USCIS will get loads of information from those album than from the filled form.

We also attached receipts of items I purchased for her and account statements showing some money transfers that happened between us.

At the end, the document my wife submitted during the petition stage was like a big textbook. However my wife made sure to label and file each document properly so that the officer that would be assigned our casefike won't have difficulty reading it.

From what the USCIS guys sent, I think they just need evidence to show you guys are really serious about getting married after getting the approval and visa. I recommend your fiancée type a letter to USCIS responding to each request and attaching supporting documents to serve as evidence. I also suggest she properly labels each document she is attaching so it will be possible for the USCIS guys to reference it whenever they want to.

How long was the visit? Did you propose? Who were present during the proposal? Do you guys have any future marriage plans such as date, venue, costs, etc? Did you guys send money to each other frequently? Did you guys send gifts to each other? The answers must have verifiable evidence.

Note however that your fiancee don't need to provide all the evidence to these requests in response. She should provide the much she can. They will review her response wholistically. As long as she was thorough in her response and can prove that you guys love each other and are ready to make sacrifices for each other (in the name of love), you guys will be approved.

For those who are yet to send in their petition, I always recommend to frontload as much as you can in the initial submission.

Then you can attach a letter to uscis explaining to them that website is no longer functioning.

You may also want to give them your username along with that of your fiancée incase they want to look at the archives (which I very much doubt).

If you stated a dating app that no longer exists, one thing you could do is: scroll back to the very first conversation (or text) you guys shared on the current social media you are using to communicate, take a screenshot shot of that. What I’d think they’re looking for: dates, a message that kinda shows you guys are familiar with each other or have already met somewhere (e.g Hey Amy, it’s John from Tinder). Just that type of stuff.

If you have a good immigration office it’s as very easy as Visa On Arrival, But Not all immigration wants to do it for people cos of the way Nigerians Guy has treated some white woman in the past.. Lodging them in the hotel and swindle them of all their belongings leaving them stranded here. ... Mine came then on Visa On Arrival and Very easy and straight forward ... If you’re ready will introduce you to the Immigration officer at the airport here .. will help in the paper works when she arrive and bring her out for you at the Arrival unit himself .. If I will suggest why dont your fiance go to the Nigerian embassy and get a visa to Nigeria. Which airline will carry a foreigner without a visa to Nigeria. Even Nigerians with dual citizen are expected to have a valid Nigerian passport or Nigeria visa in their US passport or a paper from the Nigerian embassy before they could board a plane.

The mistake we do is that we want to take the shortest possible route but forgetting that you are dealing with the embassy .

I only said what I did when my fiancée was coming doesn’t mean it’s the shortest root... It’s a 2-ways thing. It’s either it’s obtained there or paid for it at the port of entry to Nigeria here. What works for me might not work for you. Vice Versa.. Doesn’t mean it’s a shortcut.

getting a RFE is not a denied get wat legit ask u to get and send it back to USCIS wit all evidence and wait to get a reply

Hmmmm United state immigration issues are too delicate. It should be handled with honesty. The way we reason is quite different from the embassy workers or USCIS they know every thing . We should apply wisdom .

In my opinion, Delay isnt denial. The best advice i will give to you is to get those documents or the ones you can get and reply the RFE. The good thing is USCIS often reply RFE’s in weeks.
Just wait it out. These people are too smart and you can’t play with them

Also i hope you realize you must be married within 90days of arrival? Since there is an ongoing petition, it would be so hard and complex for you to just move to another visa category. They already have you on their records. So please just do the needful.

Yes, unfortunately the date has moved into 2022. But it’s still possible to get an earlier date because I was able to move my fiancée schedule from November to October. Thanks to the information from guys on this platform, all you need is to keep checking, maybe once or twice a day. Once you see an earlier date you can select it. Good luck.
