Send them an email. My item got to Benin PO on Wednesday last week, I've been waiting for their sms. So early this morning, 4:19am precisely, i decided to send them an email. After my explanation, I droped my phone number and the item tracking number. 8:58am this morning, I received SMS from NIPOST Benin that I should come and pick up my item.

did u pickup at their headquarters or in another small branch . Mine got to p.o since last week Tuesday too, no calls

Can someone please help me? I ordered a Soundpeats Sonic since 23rd of March 2021 and I've not received it till now. I got a notification that it was accepted by Last mile carrier, Nipost, on 27th of May. I went to the post office and they said they don't have it. I tried to open a dispute after Aliexpress marked my order as received but they closed the dispute and suspended my account. Now neither Nipost nor Aliexpress is attending to me.

The tracking number of the parcel is RB081266010SG.

Update on this:

I went to the IMPC Headquarters at Nacho today, they tracked the parcel with tracking number RB081266010SG and said it's not in the country.

Nipost customer care sent a mail saying they don't have a record for item with the aforementioned tracking number.

Aliexpress says it has been accepted by Last mile carrier.

I'm very confused at this point.

All I can think is that Aliexpress is giving false tracking information. Aliexpress and the seller are just playing smart. I mean, why would they confirm order accepted for me and them closed my dispute to counter that without any investigation?

They said I should collect official document from Nipost. Nioost said there's no such thing.

AliExpress standard delivery but was delivered by Tranex instead of nipost in 10days...na this kind order dey sweet
