Good Day,

Please for a family of 5, if the main applicant biometric date is different from the rest of the family, i.e. main applicant date is 1st of july while the rest of the family have different dates of 6th and 7th July, can we all still go with the main applicant on the 1st of july without any issue at TLS

thanks.

Good morning All,Please can my sister in the UK pay school fees on my behalf from there also is it okay to pay 100% school fees now instead of the initial deposit if the whole fund is available now..

Thanks

Yes, you can pay the full tuition fee and yes your sister in the UK can help with the payment. however, ensure your sister quotes the Student ID number that indicates the payment is 4u...this will enhance quick sorting and update.

Hmmmn while I get your point, I don’t necessarily agree. I had sorted out TB since March but didn’t get CAS till June. I think it’s better to plan early once you’ve made a decision however it goes without saying that first things should be done first

Yes boss, I put it there as my opinion, but need to ask this, what use is a TB test already booked without admission or no feasible clear unconditional offer. One thing at a time still my best.

You should be able to know if you can meet the conditions. I was certain I could meet my conditions & I did.

Hi, I get your point and it makes sense but there are exceptions to this order. For example, in my case, my school requires POF to issue CAS. Some schools like University of Bolton require both POF & TB certificate.

The important thing is to make plans ahead of time so that you don't waste time & resources, though, honestly, sometimes it might be inevitable just try as much as possible avoid or limit it.

Yeah, same thing we are saying bro, even at that few exceptional cases, one can still plan and know what his/her school requires. Then work out its modalities.

That is ok . She can pay on ur behalf and must quote ur student ID number .
It’s better u pay 100% cos my dear it’s not easy here as a student with only 20hrs work per week.

Hello, you will need to apply for a visiting visa for her. Since she's over 70, there is a high chance she will get it.

I believe you can get better answers on the Living in UK thread

The truth is most of us that are still very ACTIVE here are just looking to get our study visa. So we can't really give u the much needed insight about your situation, as we haven't gotten to that stage yet. Y not check out the "Living in the UK " nairaland thread. You should get info from people who have had first experience about it on there.

You will need to pay for walk-in for each of them. At ikeja tls, Your 42k walk-in fee is not an automatic qualification for entry o. You need to get there very early (say 6.30-7am) to be considered.

I paid for priority, at what point does it reflect on my applicationthat I paid for priority? I am seeingon my application form that it is standard but I paid for priorityand I have the confirmation email.
Go with your receipt in your appointment date, they will put your documents inside a priority jacket and treat the application as priority

Your tuition can be paid anywhere by anyone, just make sure she include your application number as a reference.
You can pay your tuition in full, it really make sense cos you won't need to be stressing yourself to pay again

Please guys, I got this below message after submitting my application. I paid for priority. Does this mean I won't get a decision before the stipulated 5days?

which has been received and is under consideration. We aim to process non settlement applications within 15 working days , and Settlement applications within 60 working days (unless you have opted for the Priority Visa service).

Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we are unlikely to resolve your application within these customer service targets. Please be assured that we will continue to progress your application to enable a decision to be made as soon as possible.

We will keep you updated as to the progress of your application but in the meantime please do not attend the application centre until you have received a further update. We will notify you by e-mail once your application has been decided.

I paid the maximum which is 10,450 at once using UBA and it went through and I’ve gotten telex. I’m waiting for the school to confirm receipt.

In addition, send your Telex Receipt to the university, don't wait untill they confirmed it

It will end in praise!!! I remembered your case!!!
