These guys forget that mannequins can also be made in different styles, the essence is to make mannequins a replica of humans so as to show intending buyers what the apparel will lool like when they wear it. What of the mannequins showing the human silhouette without breasts, yansh or any sexual organs in females.

We have a long way to go with how these abokis reason, they care more about their Islamic doctrine than any development in their region

All other people in the Northern regions still thinks Nigeria is one. They are systematically doing this to tell you all to leave their region without uprising.

How can Islam frown on mannequins - something that didn't exist when Islam was being developed...

But if Kano Hisbah is looking for inspiration, here are some examples from Jeddah and Dubai

It's their region and they can make any law they deem fit (even if it contravenes that of the Nigerian constitution). If you are an apparel trader, the law there says do not display your wares using mannequins, modify your business method, it's your damn private business.
Of course, forget about alcohol business if you love yourself.

Sadly, those on the other side of the Niger are scared to even enforce a ban on open grazing, a measure which would have far more life-saving value for their citizens. Right now, a sizable part of their population suffers from relative food scarcity and soaring prices following continued destruction of farmlands and slaughtering of farmers.
But guess what? The recreants would rather resort to treachery and fighting one another for insanely selfish reasons.

You know the problem with the south is political correctness. We want to help everyone and act as good people. But it is foolishness
Imagine ban on open grazing causing debates but we can't use mannequins in our businesses in the North or sell alcohol??
Southerners had better start doing whatever they like

It's dead on arrival in SE/SS.

.

You must be an educated northerners. But at the same time you are not historically and politically educated. We all know those lifestyle or those illiterates imposing this and that law were hypocrites. At this era you such things even in Dubai they sell and buy alcohol, use mannequin. Besides in Kano for instance we know how most of their girls do olosho work with their hijab.
This is my question despite all the ban on alcohol, clubbing, and many more why the rate of consumption of hard drugs, alcohol, rapist, female child abuse And many more skyrocketing everyday.

If you see a mannequin and immoral thoughts run through your mind, the solution isn't to put the mannequins away but to subject the individual to a mental evaluation.
True talk.. Putting away the mennequin will just worsen things..

What they won't tell you about NIGERIAN stats.

Nigeria is not the poverty Capital of the world, Northern Nigeria is.
Nigeria do not have the most children our of school, Northern Nigeria does.

Divide this country and watch a region have pretty good stats in human capital development and watch the other become shockingly the worst by far worldwide.

They watch the most porn online but are hypocrites in real life.
