Your promotion depends on your understanding of the job and each position has an examination to be written to gain promotion. The work is good if you want to build a career but not in terms of making money

U re right but the ARM and RM salary depends on the band u re.... Some ARM re collecting 80k

Ok, thanks, but how long is the period of training?, and must one start as a shift manager, before progressing to assistant restaurant manager or even restaurant manager?. And, if 140k is for ARM, how much does RM collects?. It's urgent pls, thanks air
