Defeat Of Biafra And Flaws In The Igbo Culture. by Aconomist: 4:47pm On Jul 04, 2021
Last week the Tigrayans of Ethiopia (who are just 6% of the population) defeated the entire Ethiopian army and several divisions of its Eritrean allies. In 1994, the Tutsi minority of Rwanda (who are just 15% of the population) defeated the Hutu government who are 85% of the country. These examples show that a superior culture will always defeat an inferior culture, no matter its numerical disadvantage.

The defeat of Biafra during the Nigerian civil war demonstrates that despite their supposed intelligence and education, Igbos are NOT culturally superior to the Hausa/Fulani, who are the real brains behind Nigeria.

If Igbos were superior, they would have won the war.

Hausa/Fulani rule Nigeria because they are the superior culture. They have a level trust and coordination that an Igbo or Yoruba could only dream of. You can pay an Igbo man to betray his brother. If an Igbo living abroad sends money back to his family to build a house, that money will be stolen and no house will be built. How can a culture like that win a war? You were betraying each other from day one, and any veteran who fought for Biafra war will admit it.

Culturally wise, you are right.

Only the weak need to rule others to prove they are superior.

What kind of nonsense is this? Do you know how well the Fulani elites are living off the milk of Nigeria? A $20,000 Berkin Bag is nothing for them. The strong conquer the weak.

Nobody should fall for the antics of ipob terrorists masquerading as Fulani to create bad blood and promote further division since Nnamdi Kanu has been caged and contained.

Fulani's are not more intelligent than other tribes. The Fulani advantage is endogamy, trust, and coordination among each other -- which is more important than education and intelligence.

Funny enough, they are still the ones creating multiple threads ascribing tribes and professions to anyone who refuses to drink lamidi cownu's urine.

Some of them will start following you up and down sniffing your farts and poo because you refuse to support that albino criminal presently eating watery beans inside Elzakzaki's toilet in kuje. grin

Elzakzaki took over as oni kuje of kuje prison the day the albino ran to Israel following the twerking of python. So lamidi cownu must be among the criminals washing toilet inside kuje for now. grin

Don't let them deceive you.

Fulani are not "most hated in the world".

Are they the ones being targeted for xenophobia in South Africa or profiled and executed for drug crimes in Asian countries?

On the contrary actually. The Fulani are the only ethnic group with FIVE DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED Presidents in Africa so it can even be argued that they're even the most loved. The herdsmen - farmers crisis can never define the Fulanis when the likes of Dangote, BUA etc are spending their billions for African economic and human development.

Exactly, that title would go to the Igbos. Igbos are intelligent people, but the culture is morally bankrupt.

The only flaw I see in the Igbo mindset is this seeming inability to remove morality from all political calculations.
Evil rules this world, but Igbo people are slaves to righteousness.
Only God can save them.

Every Igbo and Yoruba governor is in the pocket of Fulani. But you couldn't even pay a dirt-poor herdsmen to betray his people. The difference between a Northerner and a Southerner is like the difference between a man and a monkey.

Effective co-ordination is not a function of intelligence? Lol.

To be constantly intellectually underestimated is ironically one of their greatest strengths.

I strongly disagree.

The Yoruba are quite loyal to one another and very strategic (what some might call treachery) which is why they have been a very effective and politically relevant group in this multi-ethnic country. See how we had an all Yoruba Presidential contest in 1999? (out of 250+ ethnic groups)

Don't be deceived about their Governors. One of the greatest strengths of the Yorubas their perfection of the skill of stooping to conquer.

Fulanis have good instincts, but in terms of raw intelligence, the overwhelming evidence suggests Igbos are smarter.

Intelligence is not what makes a culture strong. Did you know the average IQ of places like Lebanon and India are the same or lower than Nigeria? They dominate Nigerians because of superior instincts and coordination, despite their low IQ.

Not true, Fulani herdsmen slaughter Yoruba like chickens and most of your Kings and Elders grovel and beg instead of fighting back. In Illorin, Yoruba have been reduced to an almost Hausa-like status.

There is nothing overwhelming about the evidence you think you have. It all depends on where you look. Being a typically modest and understated people, they are not one to blow their trumpets. From aviation, to business, to politics however - they're dominant and you cannot simply attribute that to instinct without intelligence.
