Hello everyone. trust we are all good. I have a question regarding ranking/reputation of UK universities. I have been told that university ranking does not matter in the job UK market. Is this true? I would like those of us that are knowledgeable on this issue to respond. thanks.

I got mine like a week later. But this was in March. Right now it takes 2-3weeks.

U will get your Cas when ur offer is unconditional and u have paid deposit.

They now have a lot on their plate. Is the 2-3weeks inclusive of CAS? Or after waiting 2-3 weeks to get an unconditional offer one will still wait to process CAS?

I recently got a conditional offer which is now an unconditional but my confusion is I am currently living and working in Dubai and I intend to apply for my visa from here but my PoF will be from my Nigeria account STERLING BANK please do anyone know if one can show a PoF fund from an account in a different country I have tired reaching the UK embassy here all to no avail.

I believe you can provide POF from your Sterling bank as long as it bears your name, have the required funds and does not contain any fraudulent information. They are most likely to investigate the account; meanwhile, I think its advisable to include any document that shows you are LEGALLY residing in Dubai and not a fugitive or illegal immigrant

I believe its not needed for student visa application. It is a requirement for tier 1 n 2 visas

I) Is your offer conditional or unconditional?
If conditional, satisfy the conditions and then wait till you get unconditional offer.

2) Book for TB test at IOM in Ikeja Lagos or Abuja. Going there physically is better. I doubt there's any date online again.

3)After getting unconditional offer, next thing is to pay deposit and get Proof of funds for 28 days

4)I'll advise you begin your proof of funds now because there's no time again.
Check their website on 'how to pay' to get the bank details and other things.
Payment options varies. However, the most easily accessible for Nigerians is the bank transfer option.

5) After completing (4) they'll acknowledge your payment on your e-vision student account at first, then after you upload your 28 days POF, you will be sent a questionnaire to fill.

6) You'll then apply for CAS and get it minimum of 5 working days

7) Go to apply for visa with your CAS, POF, negative TB test and other supporting documents
