Once upon a time, there was a 17 yrs old masterclass teen talent called Edson Arantes Dos Nascimento AKA Dico but popularly called Pele who balled like none other have done at a World cup (AT THAT AGE) both before him and even after him.

Pedri is very special and perhaps no Spanish teen talent has set the Euros alight like he did in their entire Euros history but expanding it beyond the Spanish Scope, don't forget a certain 18 yrs old Wayne "Wonder" Rooney absolutely bossed Euro 2004.

No doubt Pedri's Euro 2020 showing will go down as one of the greatest performances for a teen talent at a major international Competition but the likes of Rooney at 18 in the Euros and Pele at 17 in the World cup still supercedes what Pedri has achieved at Euros 2020.

Even Mbappe at 19 in Russia 2018 delivered a masterclass.

There are a few more yet if I dig but yes, Pedri joins this elite list of top prodigious showings at Major International tournaments.

Moreno is a very average CF. He scored so much last season because he was on Penalty duty. There is reason why no team is falling over each other to sign him. Not even athletico. He's just a stat padding penalty merchant


Him and Morata lost the most big chances in the competition.

Being played out of position does not diminish your finishing ability when you get a big chance to score.
