Actually this was my room when I proposed to my wife but we had plans and I already made 2.4m that I used for the small wedding, to move into a 3 bedroom apartment and to set up a business for her and further enlarge my own business too
2 and half years later, we are on the verge of moving into our own house.
It doesn't matter if he lives in a 1 room apartment but it's very important for you to be sure that he has a plan and he has a future.
There is a difference between a secondary school drop out with zero skills that lives in a room apartment and a first class graduate with skills that lives in a room apartment. One has a better future than the other. And don't be fooled by the fact that he told you he is a first class graduate... Make sure you see the certificate and be sure he knows what he's doing before saying yes to him.
