Omo mehn I weak like this but the prices he's quoting are different. Blocks at 280, cement at 3800 and he wants to collect 625k as supervision and overhead. Bros can we talk on a personal make I show you the quotation he brought so you can guide me abeg. In this economy I don't have money to dash man and this is already way beyond my expectations.

while before i started working with them, i also had gotten a plot at shimawa but i never had any difficulties, although i dont really know whats may have happen on your end but i can deduce it was a better option , moreso you can resell it at higher price in case !

Why not do a market survey and source for the materials yourself. Then renegotiate his cost of supervision? You don't have to buy all the materials at once.

You may be advised to get a QS, a civil Engineer or one professional or the other and at the end of the day, you will spend a lot of money on professional fees without even a peg on the ground.

When I saw the bill prepared by the company QS, I couldn’t fault it for the size build even as a builder. The rates, the quantities and the supervision fee is just too reasonable for the size of the build. No ambiguity.

The only area I had issue was with the qty of BRC estimated but on a second look I used almost 1/3 of the quantity in a 115sqm build.

I am very confident he’s getting a good bargain on the project and quality is 100% guaranteed.

I’m not Adron rep neither do I deal with estate coys but I can tell you I really love Adron’s construction model and standards when it comes to construction in Nigeria.

The labour charge seems high compared to 400k that painted a storey building for me, 4 units of 3 bedroom flats and 2 units of 2 bedroom flats but again I don't know if the type of paint you are about to use have anything to do with the charges.
