Listen, what you're doing right now as far as training is great. And you have the benefits of a low cost of living and cheap professional certifications. Take advantage. Train yourself, contribute to some projects or do contract work to build a nice portfolio. Eventually you can get to Canada or somewhere just as nice, but you need to get sorted first.

If you insist on going now with your budget, consider studying what you're doing now in Spain. You have the budget (it's very affordable), and you may have better access to the contract market. There's also a self-employment work visa that you may be able to get (later) provided you satisfy requirements. But you need to sort out your job/biz first. Check out the Spain student thread for more info.

Please don't go to Dubai. It's not a good place, and it can't offer you or your family a good life. I say this with love. I don't want you to be another person suffering there.
