my dear it is not,i don't eat the peanut butter I never liked it...it's palmoil n grated dried pepper n spices I don't know of yet..

I have Egusi lying in the cupboard and I'd like to try this out.

Parboil your meat with your normal seasoning, salt and onion. Mould your egusi and put in together with the meat stock to cook for 30minutes, Also put in your ingredients. Bring out the moulded egusi after the 30 minutes and mash it( you can do this with your mortar and pestle). Put it back in, allow to cook for few minutes and then put your veggies allow to steam for 2 minutes.

What happened?
Is it that you did drain the water completely from the fish or you didn't put enough oil for frying,?

I drained the fish well enough and added enough oil to the pan....I don't just know why the fish just kept sticking to the bottom of the pan and ended up breaking to pieces when I tried turning it on its side.

I guess I was just unlucky with that particular fish.
