In which meeting, and under what terms did Yoruba candidate emerge from the parties contesting for presidency? Who and who were present at this meeting and where is the communiqué? Since 1999, for which election has that same scenario been implemented?

People (especially Lagosians) hated the look of Lagos prior to 1999.
If you compare Lagos pictorally before 1999 and Lagos now, you will realize the difference. Lagos is a beautiful location on its own but it was NEVER as beautiful as it is in the last 20 or so years. For the kids, check your parents old pictures to compare. There was a masterplan that Tinubu imposed which brought out the beauty of Lagos more.
