@OP, it's all in the science. It worked for me and can surely work for you or anyone interested in determining the sex of their babies...

See, I will take you back to Biology 001 cheesy

Now, we have XY, XX chromosomes.. Father contributes the Y for a male while mother X for female.. now, the big deal to understand is that Y chromosome swims so slowly but last longer while the X swims faster but dies faster. If you guys (husband and wife) danced makosa on your ovulation day, X will always be the champion... meaning that X will swim faster and fertilize the egg before Y could get there.. Now, dance Makosa three days before ovulation, X swims faster, gets there, no egg to fertilize and dies off. Y swims slower, gets there by ovulation day, still swimming and lasting longer than X, the eggs drop, then Y would be able to fertilize...hence, a male child grin

Btw, for twins, wife should have multiple ovulation while the husband stay on yam diet for two days cheesy

Besides what will likely be expensive medical services for separating gynosperm and androsperm, you can look at the Shettles Method. It has some logicality behind it but is not proven by any studies to be guaranteed effective.

The male producing sperm is faster in motion than the female producing sperm but it dies much quicker.

I think the science of having a male have to do with ovulation.

Having sex when you are ovulating or something like that so that it would be easier for the male sperm to reach your egg.

The day ur period commences, count 15 days. Three days before the 15th day and 3days after the 15th day should be your ovulation. Since the Y chromosome travels faster, it gets tired quicker the X chromosome travels slower and lasts longer. Make sure you hit it with ur partner on the 15th day so that the Y chromosome travels faster and meets the X chromosome which u will release. It works just fine and about 90% accuracy. U'll will be blessed with the child you desire.

Well for me I think this work
A man who has less sugar in his system.
A man who don't fear, like fear of sex, marriage,stress and all that
This way the Y chromosome has equal chance of getting the egg forming XY(boy) but sugar stress and other factor promote or speed X chromosome in a race to get to the egg first forming (XX) girl

This are just my opinions o I am not a doctor.

The science is more of positioning. The male swimmers will need all the help they can get in order to reach the finish line since they are faster than the male swimmers. Some sex positions favour them greatly while others do no not.
