Yes, the boy was shot dead by the police,
They were smoking weed in the parking lot and the mall police arrested his friends, while he was running to avoid being arrested he was shot twice on his lap, then then the policemen in the mall absconded when they discovered the youth were angry, Nigerian Army were sent there to maintain Peace and order rest in peace to the dead, 2yrs ago I was arrested at the same spot by iyaganku police during a sporadic shoot out as if it was a police and thief situation....
