Reading your post, I am glad someone is also paying attention to the details of the case. From the investigation report, there is no evidence of Kyari conspiring with Abbas (Hushpuppi) to defraud the Qatari victim.

Culture of roger:
Where I see a problem of which many of us are also guilty of is the culture of calling our police friends or police oga to the rescue whenever we have an issue. And we do “roger” that Police friend or oga after he extends his influence to help. Same case here: Hush told Kyari, he wants Chibuzo attested for defrauding him. Chibuzo was arrested Abbas(Hushpuppi) “rogered” the team. As a culture here, if you want the police to take up a case, you must roger.
