From available evidence, Kyari was aware of the scam. He assisted Hushpuppi by detaining Chibuzo to ensure he didn't continue as a whistleblower to the victim. Chibuzo was released after the deal sailed through on Hushpuppi's end and Kyari and his team were adequately compensated through a third-party bank account to avoid detection.

They have a comprehensive list of the transactions (debit and credit) in Hushpuppi's bank account. Most importantly, they have Hushpuppi as a Federal witness. He is snitching on all his partners in crime. Kyari should know that denial is expected even when all evidence point to the facts. There are voicemails, emails, text messages, call records, WhatsApp messages, etc to nail him. From the experience earned in many years of investigations and prosecutions, the FBI know that scams of this magnitude usually have high-ranking security or military officials providing cover for the criminals in third world countries.

The case aginst Kyari is interesting, he admits arresting the vincent when his team got a call from hushpuppi on threat to his family and life and was released when investigation showed that it was an issue of money deal gone bad, and there is a warrant for his arrest for assisting hushpuppi. Now my observation, vincent was arrested to keep his mouth shot for the duration of the 1.1 million dollar fraud was completed and he got slice for his team for the job which was paid to a zenith bank account which is not for Kyari, which subsequently vincent was released. Or in the case of investigation they should have known from vincent that a fraud of 1.1 million was involved which would made have him inform EFCC to arrest hushpuppi who had before then been seen has an internet fraudster. This would have increased the super cop tag.

So far Kyari's case looks simple, the burden of proof is showing that he knew about the illegal act involving the Qatari business rather than putting a Nigerian citizen in jail. The Vincent issue/torture na small one, intenrational force does not have authority over that so the main issue here is tangible proof that he knew about the fraud scheme and assisted Hush in carrying out the act.....As long as Kyari maintains denial and there's no written, video or audio evidence to prove otherwise then it's a dead end, anyone can issue a warrant, an indictment on the other hand is another ball game.

Hushpuppi was not repatriated to the United States because he defrauded a Qatari businessman.

His major crimes against the United States include his Business Email Compromise (BEC) scams. The biggest being in New York which saw Hushpuppi gain $922,857 USD.

Hushpuppi's greatest crime against the US is the laundering of unemployment benefits.

His defrauding of the Qatari businessman is merely tied into the case. No US court has the jurisdiction to hear that case. Which is why I don't understand why they have an arrest warrant on Abba Kyari.

The person they have a problem with is Hushpuppi. Nothing concerns Abba Kyari.
