It would be done via IVF and can be done in a Nigeria Fertility Clinic but after the first stage which is fertilisation, they will fly the embryo out of the country to separate the male and the female embryos. (No hospital in Nigeria have this equipment as at today.)

I'm replying again to say the bitter truth is there is no way: not prayer, not timing, not fertility drugs. If a man is more prone (because of his genes) in creating more xx in his sperm, then there's more chance he will bear girls.

During sex the penis should be thrust into the vagina deeper. Xy chromosome from a male spam are weaker than the XX chromosome and the Xy chromosome are responsible for conceiving male children. So when the thrust of the penis into the vagina is deeper you make the competition more balanced between XY and XX chromosome by bringing XY chromosome closer to the point of intercept in the woman's reproductive system when spam is released .
Secondly more women than others secrets a particular chemical in the vagina that strengthens the XY chromosome and ensures they are most likely going to be the once to get to the ova(egg) So if you are lucky as a man to marry such a woman then many boys than girls is what you will have. Hence to maximize your chances I suggest pre-intimacy to ensure that the woman's body is arouse and chemicals are secreted properly in the vagina region before penetrative sex.

1. Long pre-intimacy
2. Multiple orgasims before and after intercourse

Now, we have XY, XX chromosomes.. Father contributes the Y for a male while mother X for female.. now, the big deal to understand is that Y chromosome swims so slowly but last longer while the X swims faster but dies faster. If you guys (husband and wife) danced makosa on your ovulation day, X will always be the champion... meaning that X will swim faster and fertilize the egg before Y could get there.. Now, dance Makosa three days before ovulation, X swims faster, gets there, no egg to fertilize and dies off. Y swims slower, gets there by ovulation day, still swimming and lasting longer than X, the eggs drop, then Y would be able to fertilize...hence, a male child

Btw, for twins, wife should have multiple ovulation while the husband stay on yam diet for two days

The day ur period commences, count 15 days. Three days before the 15th day and 3days after the 15th day should be your ovulation. Since the Y chromosome travels faster, it gets tired quicker the X chromosome travels slower and lasts longer. Make sure you hit it with ur partner on the 15th day so that the Y chromosome travels faster and meets the X chromosome which u will release. It works just fine and about 90% accuracy. U'll will be blessed with the child you desire.

During your ovulation period...try and mate on the third or fourth day of your ovulation stage...the egg would have been mature then. More matured than the first and second day of your ovulation period. We're not God but I've seen testimonies. My little contribution though

Same here. I have 3 strong boys already. I noticed this time is wen we both enjoy sex more ( my wife especially). It is just natural and simple. With God it is going to be possible.
