What Advice Would You Give To Her by Sluacoast(m): 10:15am On Aug 12, 2021
A friend shared an information with me concerning a relationship between two young lovers. They are both undergraduate.

Micheal impregnate his coursemate whom he had an affair with. He's only 26 years old and he's in 300 level, same goes with her. The lady found out she was pregnant and didn't inform Micheal on time not until the pregnancy got to 1 month and she was scared of aborting it after Micheal told her to do so because he wasn't ready to be a father.

9 month past and she delivered a set of male twins. Micheal parents heard about this and they were instantly filled with jubilation and happiness. Micheal was the only male child in the family of 5 kids. The Family of Micheal urged her to quit her schooling and focus with the children. but she refused, she was given two options either she quit her schooling and take care of the kids or forget about the child and move on with her life.

Many people are telling her not too quit her schooling, she's still very beautiful, young and vibrant, but it's kind of difficult for her because everybody in that vicinity now know that she has given birth and she's feeling ashamed of moving on with her schooling or rather thinking about accepting the parents offers.

She should take the twins to her parent, Micheal parent has no right nah unless her family is involve, why should she quit schooling because she gave birth? was it micheal parents that paid her school fee to that level? she should be strong for herself, her parents and the kids to continue her education. The Irony part is that she will always get people to assist her take care of her kids. please tell her not to quit.........................................

His family must be mad for giving her ultimatums, as if they were the ones who birthed the babies. She does not need to give up her schooling to raise her babies, neither does she need to give up her babies for her schooling. She can continue her education part time but would need some help and this is where his family or hers could step in, if they care about her and those babies. In any case, the decision is hers alone to make.

I don't even know what to say because I pity this poor girl. The kind insult her parents gave to her the first time the news about her pregnancy broke out. But I thank God they're now getting along and I'm hopping to get more knowledge and experience from you guys so in whatever way, I'd be able to show concern and help her with the issues

Yes they don't have the right to treat her that way. Given up on her education is not just an ordinary thing. She's worked really hard to be on that level and it's a big shame if she does so because her own familes will be very disappointed with her for bringing shame into their very eyes. (My guy talk say latest baby Mama loading grin) I just pitied her. She should further the case to the court

Why is it too hard to read and comprehend. No one is forcing her to quit. They only want her to take a full custody of the children or rather leave if she doesn't want to. And it's really sad you failed to read in between lines.

She is 26 years old and she is ashamed that she is a mother? undecided

What about her family and friends? What are they doing to help her emotionally accept where she is so she can move forward and ahead with her new life? undecided

If it is post-partum depression that is doing her, try to get her help abeg. She needs to snap out whatever spell is over her or her family needs to step in to support her so she can stand up and be a mother to those kids. undecided

So, the children's father's parents, not even the father himself, want full custody of the kids meaning they want to take them away from her for good? undecided

Maybe after they are men though!
Re: What Advice Would You Give To Her by 1F30M4(f): 9:50pm On Aug 12, 2021
Who are they to dictate to her? He hasn't even married her(yet) or at the very least done introduction, not like that has something to do with anything *rolls eyes* Imagine saying "if she doesn't quit schooling to take care of her kids, she should forget about the kids and move on with her life".. Lol she should forget about HER kids, move on with her life, ofcourse after she must've "dropped" the kids with them.. The kids, that's all they care about, that's all they will always care about and all these cos of their gender.. Shaaame!

About quitting her education in order to take care of her kids, she gets to make that decision for herself.. It's okay if she doesn't want to quit her education, pressure her not.. Her parents should please hear her out and render help/support in any way they can.. She should sit & think deeply on the next step to take.. If she wants to quit schooling to go into learning a skill/trade, even that isn't bad at all.. As for people jeering at her, talking in hushed tones, making negative comments about her, I really hope she gets used to that cos people will alwayss talk talk and talk til they can talk no more.. She may be the talk of the Town for days, weekss, some monthss buttt it won't stay that way forever as there will always be a new gist/topic to talk about, our attention span is really short yhh..

Let her read this: Girlll, you matter yes you do, please do not give up just yet and do not allow anyone take your kids away for whatever reason.. I knoww it won't be easy but please never give up on yourself and your children.. All the best in your endeavours.

Modified to add: OP I do not really understand you.. Okay, nobody is forcing her to quit so it's more like a suggestion then.. That is, she actually wanted to go drop the kids with the guy's family so she could move on with her life.. Well, if that is really what she'd like to do then who am I lmaooo

I just had a glimpse of your profile and what captured my attention was were you wrote "Beautiful Nubian princess". Are you Nigerian?

Well, that can be arranged.Transfer or quitting to restart somewhere else. For as long as they'd keep me far away, it's a good. Never will they give out those twins.
