Reactions as Paul Okoye’s estranged wife Anita reportedly demands N7.8 monthly spousal support

In a new report carried by Instablog, the mother of three allegedly demanded $15,000 (N7.8M) monthly as spousal support.

According to the blogsite, part of the documents in the petition she filed before an Abuja High Court reads:

“Payment of a monthly maintenance sum of $15,000.00 (N7.8m) for the general welfare, education and health of the three children of the union who are presently in schools in the United States of America until they are of age.”

The post which has since gone viral and gained more than 7,000 comments with mixed reactions amongst internet users.

While some have expressed shock at the amount of money Anita is demanding, others see it as karma for the singer.

after divorce you decide to run to a location where your husband has to pay u more more than what the whole family spends in a month.....which court will approve it..??

No court will force anybody to pay more than he earns...if you think Paul earns up to 10milion every month that his career is not where it used to be..u must be dreaming..

Any court that will order a man to pay 8million per month to his wife means the man will be earning nothing less than 20million a month after tax and expenses...
